Palmer penguins double intro #60

I believe this has been brought up already, but we currently introduce the palmerpenguins dataset twice. Once in "getting_started.Rmd" and again in "meet_palmer_penguins.Rmd'. I think that we should probably just remove it from the former, but wanted to make sure that this wasn't something we did intentionally before just deleting it!

oops I realize that getting_started is being kept for posterity and has been broken up into several other Rmd's
