This was noticed when all event types are de-selected except for one. That event type has a background color of gray as expected but when it is clicked to de-select it, the charm still appears on the chart. However, the event type on the legend no longer has the gray background, it appears to be de-selected. It also matches the Filters in that none of them are selected either.
