Add optional extensions #10

The cell dependencies extension requires notebooks to be "trusted" in order for dependencies to automatically be executed. I'm not sure how to distribute pre-trusted notebooks yet, but even if there isn't a way, it does at least display a message that the cells should be run in a particular order.

One thing that is kind of annoying is that if cell B depends on A, A is run every time B is run.

LGTM. Added RISE for slideshows in notebooks.
