One option would be to create a staging cluster to push/validate changes within.

Another option would be to have a separate namespace of the same cluster.

Either one would require:

Probably an afternoon of work:

(with ITS) OneLogin could just whitelist the callback URL for staging.
A separate GKE cluster would prevent name collisions.
Update helm script to set values from the environment or from environment files.
Safeguard applying prod configs to staging and vice-versa.
