This week we had an issue where a simple renaming commit in the comp141-sp24 repo caused nbgitpuller to fail. I'm not able to find other people on the internet discussing this issue, so I suspect it is particular to our fork of nbgitpuller, which is now over 200 commits behind the upstream version. I also think it's likely that the specific issues that motivated the fork are now resolved in the upstream version of nbgitpuller.
We should migrate to the upstream version of nbgitpuller, but I would prefer to do this between semesters.
