extra_conda_packages flag doesn't work for starting worker with extra conda packages #63

@delgadom I have not. Don't need it anymore but will give it a shot to see if it works sometimes. Sounds like extra_pip is preferred due to install time being longer for conda

oh ok - good to know. still would be nice to have this working in case people need to install something complex
