hey after messing around a bunch with the bigmem nodes, I think we can safely budget 7.76 vCPU and 49.7G, so we might want to update the next worker-template defaults to 1.94vCPU and 12.4G. Might as well take as much up as we can of each node

wanted to throw down a placeholder so we don't forget to test this out more
