[New feature] Add ipdb to installed python pacakges #1

Add ipdb to the list of installed python packages in the next cluster version.

This would be helpful with debugging.

Thanks @moonlimb! Package requests for the docker images should go on https://github.com/RhodiumGroup/docker_images, though. Can you re-add this there?
