CD bypasses flag_access_type dark player #16

I have:

flag_access_type dark player

Yet, from the connect screen, I can "CD username password" and I become dark. Oops! As it happens, I can't undark in that scenario, either, for obvious reasons.

This has been fixed in a git push for 3.9.5p2
