Minimal db config file error #22

The conf file 'reimaged.conf' has 'global_error_obj' set to 16. This should actually be set to 8.

This prevents any error messages from being displayed, and the comsys from working.

This has been fixed with the latest GIT push.

I also updated some of the data and refreshed the config to the latest version.
