wizhelp @pcreate: examples are not valid #61

In wizhelp @pcreate, a number of examples are given with the password "test123".

When using @pcreate with this password, the game returns: The password must contain at least one capital letter.

Oops!

Help has been improved to mention stricter password requirements with safer_passwords enabled and examples now use passwords that will work with or without the parameter enabled.
