In theory a music concert, corporation, convention, and basically any organized event will probably have a web-page, where they can put a Weblink/ID to the world-session, so users will be able to access the event easily.
Rhubarb can pop up a confirmation message if they wish to access the session at the weblink and in theory can provide information about the selected session.
In theory a website can keep track of active public sessions and these could be accessed through the browser.
(and provide information about these sessions)
A completely de-centralized session browser would be ideal for general use-cases, but not be as flexible nor as simple to implement. (as far as I know, security is my main concern with this method though)
(My hope is this could shift work-load off of you, as someone else can manage the public session website code-base and
host the site)
