No collapse toggle? #33

It also seems to be a fair bit wider than the default LeftAndMain width - is this configurable?

Currently this is not configurable, but it could be added as an enhancement.

That would be awesome if possible. It's my only real hesitation with adding it to production as it is quite convenient.
