Add motifs and furnishing recipies introduced in update 36 / Firesong DLC #25

This PR includes the content of the latest Firesong DLC, namely:

The achievement information about two previously known motifs
The IDs for two new motifs, which are still missing their achievement info
A series of new furnishing recipies
A recipe from the High Isle chapter that was probably added in an incremental patch

The PR also bumps the ESO API version and the version of CraftStore
