Server list ping #12

I just wanna submit my server to some lists tbh.

Server list ping will be a fun one to port back. Beta 1.8, 1.2, 1.5, and 1.6 I believe have all changed the protocol in some way with the newer protocol introduced in 1.6 being incompatible with previous systems. To ensure the possible use of server lists, the newest ping implementation should be added.
