adding required tools section #165

Adding a "Required Tools" section to the BOM + adding the soldering gun kit that I bought. If you have better suggestions for soldering kits, please feel free to change it. This section should likely contain other required tools, like wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.

I like the idea @akhilgupta1093 ! Having a required tools section would definitely be useful! Though I am wondering if the BOM is the correct place for this vs in the readme files. For tools, we don't really care what brand or model, etc, so I'm not sure if it's useful to include that here? Additionally, adding it to the BOM will make the sensor seem more expensive than it actually is.

I would propose moving this to the instructions file in V3 instead.
