This change moves the sensor version folders (V1, V2, V3) to the top level of the Frog Sensor Repo and moves the relevant hardware and software folders into each corresponding directory.
This currently results in some duplication of the software folder, but this will allow us to fix bugs like #152.
In general, I think this structure will make more sense for new people joining the project to figure out what's where and how to reference the software to the correct hardware.
This will also allow more flexibility when considering non-balena based Frog sensors.
