Updating STL Files to V4. Head, Lid, Base, Shroud.

@keenanjohnson, let me know if you had any other items that needed to be modified. It not, here are the updated files.

P.S. for some reason it looks like my last edits are in this PR too. I'm not sure what caused that.

@eaudiffred this is looking really good! I love the new features you've added and the sliding lid is so easy.

I have noticed on my test print that the lid is still a bit loose. It's so loose that I am a bit worried the wind might even blow the cover open haha. I tried to capture it in the video below.

Actually nevermind, I'm sure you already thought of that and when I put the shroud on, I realized it holds it in place perfectly!
