Adding BOM links for UK #55

Added a csv with purchase links for the balance of materials for self-assembly for the United Kingdom, following the template for the USA and Canada and updated the parts section of the assembly README.

Note - I have not purchased these parts from all the suppliers listed right now, but I intend to soon. The brass standoffs I could only find in 12mm, rather than 11mm, unsure how much of an issue that will be.

Thanks @Rabscuttler! Yeah following your ebay link for the standoffs, I think the 4 mm length ones would be preferred here, instead of the 5 mm standoffs I use here in the states.

I'll approve this, but perhaps what I'll do also is add a table to the readme that lists which BOMs are "verified" in the sense that someone has actually purchased the parts and done a build with them haha.
