BOM for Frog Sensor Version 2.0 #86

This is for #84.

It creates a version 2 folder for the Frog Sensor which includes the updated BOM and a placeholder for assembly instructions (to follow soon).

This sensor includes the fully 3D Printed Enclosure and the Beaglebone Black instead of the Raspberry Pi.
