Great point @iamonuwa - Agreed. Let's change the tab to PRESCRIPTIONS and add PRESCRIPTIONS and SCRIPT Numver # (and NOTES field if possible)

We also need to Add a field for PRESCRIPTION Number, where the CHW will enter a number for every Prescription to be able to track them. View updated Dashboard PRESCRIPTIONS TAB
