Use to test power/speed is working correctly and there are no running issues.

Also could be used for initial data but I am not sure about this.

[x] Save trajectories that can be easily compared on machine and cluster side
[x] Build function to check that emisivity / temperature has correlation (and thus pieces being addressed correctly)
