Python 3 support #14

Python 3 is not yet supported.

Python 3 should be supported.

Latest commit to fix-old-stuff seems to have python3 pass all tests, although a bunch of warnings which when googled, related to an astropy issue (https://github.com/astropy/astropy/issues/6025) happen still

I'll check in on that if it's been resolved somehow when I get another burst of activity to poke at Omnifit
