add the Chinese version of gh-pages #16

add the Chinese version of gh-pages, the url is "/lang/zh".

Thanks for the PR! Unfortunately I can't merge this - without the source code, the translation will get nuked by Travis CI as soon as new code gets pushed to the repo. We would need to store the translations in a separate data file somehow, and update the build process to accommodate it. I'll try and set that up in the near future.
