Playlist Feature #47

Hello Richard, I thought it would be a nice addition to have a playlist playback feature, even if it is just for test music. I added a tab in the grid to create a simple playlist which is fed to a customized "autoMediaPlayer" from the palette. If you think this is a feature worth pursuing and notice any issues, let me know and I will revise it. Thanks! -Tim

This works fine actually yeah. SimpleMixer is going to have a complete overhaul in the next month or two so it's good to see that this is a feature you'd find useful as it can now make it into 2.0. The only thing I think I might change is that at the moment playlist is on by default so I'll turn it off to avoid confusion.
