For various functions within the Analysis GUI, the user needs to specify the cluster index (when performing individual cell analysis). This can be confusing as the user needs to know beforehand what the cell index is before performing the analysis (particularly if the general filter has been applied). To remedy this, a fix will be put in place where the user will select the cell via a dropdown menu (instead of entering the cluster/cell index within an editbox).
