Add option to show combined "excited+inhibited+mixed" percentages plus error bars.

Include checkbox to allow combining of data (i.e., Show "Activity" vs "No Activity")

This function has been updated so that the any reactive cells (Inhibited, Excited or Mixed) are combined into a single grouping (i.e., reactive/un-reactive cells). This functionality can be accessed by using the plotting parameter "Combine Active Cells".
