Not sure how but see if the model library (nlmixr2lib) can be implemented. A question came from Matt/Kiran and should be fairly easy to do. Beside this also see if and how nonmem2rx and babelmixr can be implemented. Finally consider looking also at (currently) private repo pmxsimtools.
Would be really cool if any model in a project directory can be made into a simulation shiny app (or placed as widget directly in shinyMixR)!
