Add CSSconf events in Norway, Hungary, Argentina, Asia #87

Added 4 CSSconf events: Norway, Hungary, Argentina, Asia. Also moved CSSconf US to the North American category.

Also replaced the generic CSSconf mention at the top with CSSconf.org (which is the global CSSconf page that lists all existing CSSconfs).

Disclosure: I am the organizer of CSSconf EU, hope that’s still within the contributor guidelines.
