I am not sure that any of these are actually suited for endangered languages. TLA does great work related to archival, but it is hard to put code here that has to do with metadata conversion and RDF when I know of so little work done with or by endangered language communities that actually has needed those tools. I may be wrong.

I am going to close this issue, currently. ELAN should probably be here, but I don't feel like I have enough expertise to really judge whether it has to do with endangered languages itself. Feel free to reopen if you disagree.
