An endangered-languages w3c group? #90

I am adding this here because I have had a todo on my personal list for a while: "Look into w3c groups, write up a project definition for minority language group". From a short look, here are some relevant w3c groups. I think this might be an interesting path to pursue.

Actually, I think this is beyond the scope of this list; that I am not adequately trained to pursue this; that I don't think it would help much; that Unicode is more important.
