Can you add support for react-native-macOS #3

Microsoft has created an extension that allow us to build desktop applications with react native call React Native for macOS. I like to know if you could add support for this please. I would love to use this module with react-native-macOS

Hey @elmcapp, sure, I'll implement this package on iOS. Which extension what you're talking about? I would like to investigate.
