Add weekStartDay setting. #116

Love using this plugin! I came upon this feature suggestion in README. So decided to contribute it. I've tested the changes locally and updated README accordingly.

I'm open to any feedback or suggestions you might have to further improve this contribution. Please let me know what you think! Thank you for considering my pull request, and for your work on maintaining this plugin. Code base is easy to understand and modify. Looking forward to your feedback.
