[Feature Request] Add start and end dates to the calendar #78

As a user, I want to limit the heatmap calendar to a specific time segment (i.e. one month or one week) so that my space is less cluttered and my notes are more focused on a specific period of time.

Apologies, I didn't see this as a previous request (https://github.com/Richardsl/heatmap-calendar-obsidian/issues/7). I do think we could do more than just monthly graphs, but I will let someone close this issue if deemed unnecessary.
