USB device undeteced if HDD plugged in when wii is turned on. #108

If Wii is turned on (either at wii menu, in usbloader app, or any other
screen) and HDD is plugged in USBloader will not detect HDD, even after 30
sec, timeout. Must power down / power up wii with HDD plugged in, in order
for usbloader to detect USB HDD.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Plugging in USB HDD anytime the wii is turned on
2. Launching USBloader

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: USB HDD whould detect either before or after timeout
Actual: Timeout expires and USB device is still un-detectable

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CIOS rev10

Please provide any additional information below.
Wii must be powered down and powered up with USB device plugged in to be
detected.
Using 500Gb Seagate FreeAgent USB 2.0
attempted same procedure on both usb ports

I think its a problem with your HDD. I can even plugin my HDD when the loader is
already started and asking for HDD and its being detected.

cant be fixed since this error is hardware specific.
