I noticed the parentalcontrol option in "config.txt".

Can you precise where to put the values 0 1 2 in "titles.txt" ?

Until now, I have lines like this : "RLSE = Alien Syndrome"

But I want to add now some game access level information.

Is it possible to modify the level access while the loader is running ?

This parental control way of use can be use to do a sort of favorite games
list.

I didn't tried yet but you should add   = parental control level   after the 
title.
For example to add parental control level 2:

RLSE = Alien Syndrome = 2

Hi could you have a look in issue 174 and gives your feedback to let developers 
know
if they have to retrofit the modification in official code branch.
In this revision, the game level can be defined without editing any text file.
You can modify the level of game in game setting.
Reload the sd card using th icon in first screen to see your changes applied
