Suggestion: making Look'n'Feel-Options pre-configurable via *.txt #121

For example regarding the Look (Option 'Clock' r204)
and Behaviour ('Rumble' r205).
'Clock' could be via theme.txt because it's related to the Theme.
'Rumble' could be via config.txt because it's more a 'taste'...

both of these are in the options screen. no need for txt files for these .
