Unable To Disable Cover Download #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use any loader after the new implementation of automatic cover download. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We would like to be able to turn off automatic downloading of covers, using
the "config.txt" file.  Currently, this is not an option.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Any loader after the new implementation of automatic cover download.

Please provide any additional information below.
Please implement "cover_download = 0, 1", so we have the option to
enable/disable covers from automatically downloading.

now it is disabled unless the password is in
