Cover Download Issue #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Loader from Channel (same with HBC)
2. Select Download function
3. Trying loading any cover

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Loader trying to download covers and reports code dump:

Version: r211
Load Mode: Wad Channel
Error: Trying to download 3D Covers

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Error is solved if you create image folder on SD root before download 
covers. A simple fix: loader creates that folder before any download

Noticed the same thing.

If folders do not exist, the program should first make them.
