Covers sometimes get tweaked when scrolling through game list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get a lot of games
2. Scroll through them

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It's supposed to load cleanly, but instead the image looks fuzzy, almost
like it takes a little too long to load.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Revision 213.

Yep... I was just about to report this issue!

Some covers appear garbled, before showing correctly.  Pixelation occurs in 
various
locations around the loading cover.

I say go back to fading the covers in. 

1. It gets rid of this bug.
2. It looks slicker.
3. The images currently don't load as quick as you can scroll.
4. It looks better to have no image shown when scrolling quickly (this lets us 
see the background image 
momentarily)
