Suggestion: Option To Disable Background Music #131

Requesting a configuration option to disable the background music.

bg_music = 0,1 (0 turns the music off, 1 turns the music on)

As as added option to this, would it be possible to use the options from the 
usbloader_cfg loader? It allows 0 for off, 1 for on, or a filename. it allows 
for an 
MP3 file to be loaded, or a MOD file! Since libgui takes up more space, i can 
understand not implimenting a MOD parser, but it would be "cool"! please see 
USB_LOADER-cfg's v24 release for sources and examples. thank you.

I think the background music is an .OGG file, if I'm not mistaken!

yes it is a .ogg file and i agree please let us change it or turn it on and off 
some how.
