Covers Do Not Download To Defined Location #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Define the "cover_path" variable in "config.txt"
2. Attempt to download a missing cover.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If the "cover_path" is defined as a directory other than "SD:/images/", the
covers should download to the defined directory.  If the "cover_path"
variable is NOT defined, the "SD:/images/" directory should automatically
be created.  Currently, the download feature will ONLY download to the
"SD:/images/" directory.  If the "SD:/images/" directory is not created,
the covers will not download.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r220 (current)
