Lock button on the settings menu doesn't have the grow effect like the other buttons

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to the settings menu and put cursor over the Lock button
2. it clicks like the other buttons but does not have the grow effect
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
would like to see the button react like the others

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

need to add lockBtn.SetEffectGrow();
