Suggestion: speed improvement? #145

Maybe a great speed improvement can be obtained by offering the 
possibility to just show the entries in titles.txt file and no checking of 
existance of the file on the usb drive. This way not all files on the usb 
drive have to be processed on startup. 

Other way of doing this (not using titles.txt) would be to have a menu 
option to save the titles to a static file on SD card, which can be 
refreshed on demand (eg when you installed new game).
