settings disabled #146

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select a game
2. press b button
3. try using the settings

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I cannot recreate this issue.  I start r223, click a game.  Then I get a window 
with
the spinning disk.  I press B and the prompt window goes away.  I can click 
settings
and go to the settings screen.  Once there, I can modify all the settings.

recompiled and all is well... strange...cheers and great work!!

EDIT!! i recompiled r225 which works... r223 other people reported the same 
problem
