What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. point the add game button (the tip appears)
2. point quickly the preferences button (the add tip appears)
3. the two tips are shown

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when you select two buttons quickly the first tip don't dispear.
it will be a good idea to hide the tip immediately when you pooint a new
button.

yeah this is the old tooltip function. these will be removed and replaced with 
a new
one. right now only the downloadcovers button has the new function on it.
