Grammatical Inconsistencies On Settings Screen #158

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Settings Screen.
2. Toggle Rumble.
3. Toggle Clock.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The VIDTV Patch and Ocarina toggles are in ALL CAPS.  The Rumble and Clock
settings should be the same way.  Currently, they are in upper AND lower
characters.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r230 (current)

Please provide any additional information below.
These will not "stick" when you leave the loader.  Each time you start it,
you have to change your settings again.
