What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.   Having to Change the settings on every reload

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

To stop everyone moaning about the config.txt file, please use methods of 
saving individual game settings on the global

The code fixing this bug is available in issue 168 (not yet retrofitted into the
official branch)
