covers & param on HDD #167

it would be nice to store parameters and covers on a FAT32 partition on 
the device which contains the WBFS. 
It would be better to have everything in the same peripherical ;-)

than people will come and tell they dont know how to create a 2nd partition and 
such
crap....nah this wont be done i think.
