Sound and effect "bug" when changing game at disc screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the loader
2. Select a game
3. Change game with arrows, d-pad or - +

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

* The changing sound when you are using d-pad or - + is heard only if the
pointer is over the correct arrow.
* The sliding of the window to the left and right should be reversed, as it
gives the opposite feeling of what you ask and it's a little confusing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Still not working properly.

Currently the options are:
Off = right makes prompt window slide right and the next game comes up
On = right makes prompt window slide right and the previous game comes up

It should be as follows:
Off = right makes prompt window slide right and the next game comes up
On = right makes prompt window slide left and the next game comes up
